Horizon 2020

The objectives of Horizon 2020 are different, but can be easily summarized as following:

  • Excellent science, aimed at guaranteeing Europe's leading position in the scientific sector worldwide
  • Industrial Leadership, aimed at supporting the research and innovation of European industry, with a strong focus on enabling technologies and investments for small businesses
  • Societal challenges, destined to face the great global challenges such as
    • Health, demographic change and well-being
    • food security, sustainable agriculture and bio-economy
    • Safe, clean and efficient energy
    • Intelligent, "green" transport, keeping in mind climate changes and efficient usage of resources (including raw materials) for an inclusive, innovative and secure society.

The program is open to various types of candidates: small and medium-sized enterprises, universities, companies active in the technology sector, research institutes, individual researchers or those affiliated with public or private subjects. Any entity, university, research center or any other legal entity, registered in a member state, in a candidate state or in a third country, may participate indirectly or directly only if it meets the minimum conditions for participation. At least 3 legal entities must participate jointly and must meet the following requirements: - every entity must be established in a Member State or in a candidate state (eg Republic of Serbia); - in no case may 2 of these legal entities be established in the same state; - all 3 legal entities must be independent of each other.

Our company will be able to receive a task regarding consulting and assistance services in various phases of projects, which can be summarized as follows:
  • Research for available offers for the type of the project wanted by the institution or an individual
  • Research and selection of partners for the project, or opt for individual offers where possible
  • Project developement for the presentation to the commission
  • Follow the project in every phase of its realization.
